Pines Sp.zo.o is a trading company that deals with branded mobile phones and consumer electronics in local market and across European countries.

Opis stanowiska:

  • Support in clarifying matters with the accounting department
  • Organizational support for the sales activities
  • Support in the preparation of sales / transport documents
  • Support in organizing sales on online platforms (Allegro, Erli, own store, Ceneo, Empik, Morele, Amazon and any others):
  • Help in basic organization - launching sales, introducing products, organizing stores
  • Sales monitoring
  • Monitoring the prices and offers of the competition
  • Support in contacts with customers
  • Support in contacts with platforms
  • Support in contacts with carriers
  • Explaining problems related to the sale and organization
  • Support with shipments to customers
  • Administrative support (e.g. In the organization of transfer pricing)
  • Support and contact with potential business partners (distributors and producers)
  • Support in the preparation of new products and producers for the polish and European market
  • Any other commissioned activities aimed at improving the functioning, ordering and organization of the company



  •  English Language (C1or B2 Level)
  •  very good knowledge of MS Office,
  •  availability to work full-time from office ,
  •   highly developed communication and teamwork skills, 
  •  independence in action and the ability to organize your own working time, 
  • openness to learning and taking up new task

  • Contract of Mandate
  • Salary : 4000-5000 Gross
