Customer service agent with English language Miejsce pracy: Wrocław

Responsibilities:

 

live-chat and e-mail service for clients from international market,
keeping customers satisfaction on the highest level,
cooperation with external business partners,


Requirements:

 

strong communication skills in English - speaking and writing on C1 level,
previous experience in Customer Service,
the ability to work in a shift system and on holidays,
being ready to implementation package since 08/11/2021,
having a lot of positive attitude, empathy and patience,
individual customer oriented approach.
