Focal Point Engineer

Key responsibilities:

Executing tests on electronic components discarded after end of the line tests,
Acting as reference point for quality in electronic during pilots, ramp up and safe launches,
Running PPM analysis and deep dive on reworks,
Managing tools in SQC and Reliability Labs,
Managing audit at Site level, on testing and on electronic board handling and related assembly/production flow, packaging and ESD
Designing, implementing and monitoring countermeasures within the Factory/Site,
Supporting new projects launch and prototypes.

Qualifications:

Graduate in faculty of Electronics,
Proficiency in Quality KPI and tools,
Proficiency in Non-Conformity Management,
Customer requirements knowledge,
Focus on problem solving,
Knowledge of PQP and quality management
